I have lived with chronic illness and late-recognised neurodiversity, and carried faith through seasons that did not make sense. Like most of us, I had quietly handed parts of my life to others: to systems, to doctors, to expectations I never chose.
Learning to advocate for myself taught me what independence never did. People are rarely short of ability. They are short of structure that is truly theirs.
So that is what I build. For more than 15 years, I have helped people find the pattern in what they carry, give it language, and build a structure strong enough to hold their next step.
